Basic Function:

Within the Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquistions departement, this position will be responsible for performing detailed, interpretive analyses of potential bank merger and acquisition targets.

Financial Analyst III

Within the Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquisitions department, this position will be responsible for the following:

Perform detailed, interpretive financial analyses of potential bank merger and acquisition targets, utilizing complex modeling scenarios/activities
Build and maintain regulatory bank capital forecasting models; work in collaboration with other businesses to provide insightful analysis and formulate recommendations with respect to the Bank's capital structure
Conduct independent research and complex analytical projects involving modeling/forecasting to support senior management objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum of 5 years' experience advanced financial modeling capabilities
Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
MBA / CPA or advanced degree preferred
Prior investment banking/ Mergers and Acquisitions experience
Exposure to bank regulatory capital measurement and calculation
SNL Financial Datasource a plus
