Banco Popular is accepting applications for the position of Finance Manager located in the United States Virgin Islands.

Reporting into the Senior Manager your initial responsibilities will centre around:-

Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire finance function and assisting the business to realise its strategic objectives. Specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Managing the statutory returns including company and payroll tax
Cashflow reporting and management
Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations including preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments
Development and preparation of the Monthly Management/Board Pack
Managing the weekly payroll and the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
Ad-hoc duties as directed and required by the General Manager
Building and developing an administration/finance function and team in line with corporate growth targets
Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives and robust reporting framework

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
