If you have more on your hands than you have time to deal with or can just use a hand, I’d love to help! I am presentable and can work in professional, home, or special event settings. I charge $25/ hour except where specified. Below is a list of things I can do and have some experience with. I am open to a variety of tasks and pay can be negotiable, just ask! Run errands- banking, dry cleaning, any shopping, post office, order & pick up food, bill payment, etc.House Cleaning- light to detailed, can include dishes and laundry- according to your needs and requests!Light yard workCook- Available to cook some meals, made in your home or mine then delivered. I also love to bake from scratch- I can even deliver fresh breads, coffee cakes, desserts, home made ice cream (mmmm...), etc. Also gift baskets (remember holidays coming up)Pet or House sitting and/ or visiting- 2-3 visits/ 3hours per day = $50 which includes pet feeding and walking. $5 each additional animal. Overnights are an additional $25.Dog walking- Absolutely LOVE animals, especially dogs!! $15 for 30minutes, $20 for 45min, $25 for 60 min. $5 each additional dog.Massage- Yes I learned professional massage and have a table I can bring to a private setting in your home or office. I like to do 90 minute massages, but if you’re short on time I will do 60 minutes. $75 for 90 minutes for 1 person/ $125 for 2.Children’s homework- I can assist your children in homework and study. I especially take to math and am good and finding different ways to give people understanding (everyone learns differently)Waiting- I can wait on and supervise your deliveries, contractors, installation/ repairs, etc.Assemble- I love to put things together (so if you got that new exercise equipment, desk, bike, etc. that you need assembled… call me)Decorating- holiday decorating as wellDesign, decorate, paint, wood finish- My mother is a faux finisher and I had assisted her for many years in homes small and large, middle and very high class homes and within budgets. So I’m very experienced in this area and can do a neat, clean & efficient job. I’m not afraid of ladders or ceilings either! :)Organizing- office, garage, closets, home, etc. I even have experience designing closets and can install them or hire someone to install them.Scheduling- Manage projects, social life, travel and business schedule. ResearchEstimates- can obtain estimated for home, auto, etc.Secretarial duties/ Business assistant- filing, faxing, emailing answering and returning phone calls. Communicate with clients, and delegate responsibilities to staff. I am great with people. You name it!SalesParty & event planning and/ or host- Anything from a small dinner party or huge business event, it’s up to you the level or type of involvement you’d like me to have. I will obviously be able to work within a budget. Make/ order & send cards & invitations. Plan, shop, find location, and/ or setup event. Can either cook or coordinate a caterer. I also have some bartending experience and can mix drinks or find a professional bartender. Coordinate service staff, florist, entertainment, etc. Also will do after party cleanup.ABOUT MEI’m not really interested in talking about myself, but I’m sure it would help to have some idea or concept of who the person is that you’ll be working with. And to make you more comfortable to move forward, you don’t want just anyone helping you inside your home or business. I know it sounds like I love to do everything, but I do because I love to learn and just love life. Everything I tell you about myself I know to be true, for it has been confirmed through other people several times over. I’m a logical thinker, have a lot of common sense, and am more understanding than most. Therefore, I am also great at giving others an understanding; unless they are truly closed minded and stubborn. I am direct when I need to be, yet still loving at the same time. I am trustworthy and it’s easy for others to trust me, which tends to give me that doorway to be direct with people. I am very personable and open. Although, I am smart and know my limits, I’m to be very pure, patient, really sweet, giving, and genuine. I LOVE to help, yet still possess leadership skills. I am also told I am very wise, I’m like an old soul. I am down to earth and easy going. I have a positive, lets not keep talking about the problem and work towards the solution type attitude. I like to think of adversity as an opportunity to grow. I like to read and constantly improve my level of knowledge and thinking. I am a goal setter and believe we were put on this earth with other people for a reason. Life isn’t just for us, that’s selfish. Being servant minded is much more rewarding anyways. Therefore I purpose to think and do things that serve and adds value to others and myself … or else what’s the point! (I really don’t even watch tv it just feels like a waste). That which is good and lawful doesn’t it is necessarily beneficial… J I am also business and entrepreneurial minded. I am in the financial services marketing industry part-time and am personal assisting full-time, while I build my business over the next year or two. I am pursuing RE investing as well in any spare time I have. By the time I retire I will be fully engaged in philanthropy. Just so you know, that as your assistant your needs will ALWAYS come first. I work in Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Agoura, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park and more!
