This position is located in beautiful, coastal Wilmington, North Carolina. Wilmington is a charming port city located in the southeastern corner of North Carolina between the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean.

Our Client is a sales driven company operating in the growth markets of the material handling industry, is seeking an Engineering Technical Manager to lead an engineering team and support existing products as well as new product development.

Primary duties include managing R&D as well as supporting optimization of profit by meeting marketing; financial; and corporate growth objectives.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus at least five years of similar or related experience with at least two years of prior management experience.

Strong project management and organizational skills;

advanced electrical and/or mechanical skills;

strong communication skills;

and experience with motor control are required.
