A newly begun, confidential search provides a unique opportunity for a healthcare professional to lead a regional quality, education and nursing services team to new heights as they strive to implement programs to improve their services.

As director, you will be reponsible for the overall management of the region’s clinical services team overseeing quality, education, regulatory/compliance and management, including hiring, promotion, discipline and professional development. Office is virtual, with requirement that employee live in region: Eastern Shore Maryland, Baltimore, DC or northern Va and be willing to travel heavily.

To join this first class group, you should have:

a passion for quality care

degree in nursing with a current MD/DC/VA license;

5+ years of nephrology experience;

excellent communication skills - listening, oral and written;

demonstrated ability to manage and mentor people, utilize resources to accomplish key metrics and proactively identify and analyze workplace issues;

strong leaderships skills and ability to collaborate across functions;

experience meeting or exceeding state and federal compliance and regulatory guidelines.
