I am currently looking for someone to share a house/apartment with. I am willing to pay up to 400 in rent a month in cash. I am clean, quiet, responsible and I know how to cook. I do not use drugs, I rarely drink, and I don't smoke. Male or female roommate(s), doesn't matter. I am currently a student at Delta College. I also have a storage unit filled with stuff for a house such as couches, dining room table, tv's, fridge and more, in case person wanting to share house/apartment does not have these items. please feel free to email me. BTW if person asking for rent help does not have the items i listed that are in my storage I would be able to pay more in rent once those things are moved into place. I am a military veteran and will be receiving a housing allowance in September that will more than cover any costs for rent/utilities. I do have a cat, he's very friendly (inside only).
