House cleaning estimates are based on square foot, number of beds, baths, number of occupants, pets, etc. My rates, I guarantee and my dedication to you remain the same whether you book me for a one-time cleaning or sign up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.

The following rates are listed only to give you an idea on the costs of our cleaning service. Many factors are involved when giving exact prices which is why I offer Free Service Estimations by phone, email, or in person. The rates listed below are round-about figures for a whole house general cleaning based on limited knowledge of any home. You will have different wants and needs than others do. I can customize any home cleaning service plan to accommodate your requests and concerns and even your budget. A wonderful specialty Best Service offers!

Here are many common factors that determine your rate

: In general: how much furniture to be cleaned, what you want cleaned, laundry for washing, wall items, dust build up, do you have cats/dogs/furry pets, mini blinds, do you smoke, how many people live in your home, clutter and organization, square footage, polish/dust or both, woodwork; Bathrooms: how many, their condition (hard water and soap scum build up) their make, the contents within each to be cleaned, drying/polishing/buffing tile and/or shower enclosures, chrome; Bedrooms: Linen changes, laundry, clutter, organization; Kitchen: dishes, appliances cleaned inside/outside/both, cabinet wipe down; Floors: what types, hand cleaned, mopped, intensive scrubbing. There are other factors as well but these tend to be the most common.
