My husband and I need someone to take over our lease (ends Aug. 2009). The loft itself is great and our landlords are wonderful, but with two large dogs we prefer to have a yard.

It's a spacious loft in the middle of the Downtown Tacoma Theater District.

The Good:

-Remodeled bathroom and large kitchen with tile floors

-Bathroom also has two sinks and a jetted tub along with a shower

-Carpeted bedroom area

-Plenty of storage space (closets in bedroom, hallway and living area)

-Has refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, washer and dryer.

-Heater

-Close to I-5, 705, WA-512 freeways and Tacoma Mall.

-Within walking distance of a large city park, many restaurants, retail stores and night life entertainment.

-15-20 min commute to Fort Lewis and McChord AFB.

The not so good:

-No assigned parking (there is street parking and nearby parking garages)

-Unfurnished

Overall this is really a great place to live. Our neighbors are friendly and if you like the city night life, this is definitely the place for you! If it wasn't for our two dogs, we wouldn't giving up this gem!
