Must have solid sales and up selling experience in call centers for minimum of 1 1/2 years, either in or outbound, good cust service skills, listening skills, can initiate and close sale.Paid Training, base per hour, after training: base per hour + commissions. Wages, shifts, hiring requirements vary from program to program. Fast telephone interview and schedule in for 2nd interview with program people. Must have great phone demeanor and voice clarity. Speak fluent English.
