INKRITI is seeking motivated and talented BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / INSIDE SALES / LEAD GENERATION REPRESENTATIVES, at the Senior and Mid-level, to prospect and develop new customer leads. The individual we hire must have excellent communication and customer interaction skills, demonstrated lead generation with experience in telephone sales, and a proven track record of achieving revenue quota. We focus on providing large scale e-commerce and e-business solutions to a marquee list of Fortune 1000 customers such as Gucci; Spiegel; Publishers Clearing House; Time /Life, etc. Please see our WEB-site for a list of customers: www.inkriti.com

Responsibilities:

•Prospect new accounts and build relationships with potential customers using phone and internet communications

•Contact targeted Fortune 1000 companies in the Northeast US, identify key decision makers, and develop sales relationships to create interest for Inkriti’s e-commerce services.

•Generate qualified leads for the senior sale executives and schedule meetings with potential customers, at the executive level with IT and / or Marketing VPs / Directors, in Fortune 1000 companies.

•Leverage in-house and outside research tools to identify contacts and find new business opportunities Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenue

•Use analytical skills to understand the customer, their business, technology issues, pains and needs

•Quickly learn and become familiar with WEB technologies. Must be comfortable speaking to customers about WEB solutions to solve business issues

•Ability to quickly master, simplify, and communicate the value proposition of Inkriti’s solutions to targeted potential customers

•Responsible for achieving revenue quota a strong sales pipeline for forecasting business

•Career path to Sales Account Executive

Requirements:

•4-5 years experience in the IT industry in Inside Sales / Lead Generation, with demonstrated and documented results from previous companies, and a proven track record of establishing contacts with new clients over the phone

•2 years of B-2-B (business-to-business) IT Lead Generation experience, using phone and internet communications, contacting executives at the Director or VP level

•Must have excellent skills communicating to senior executives on the phone and in writing. Must have excellent grammatical skills, written and speaking, and able to speak clearly in English, articulately and credibly, to customers over the phone and in-person

•Outstanding organization and time management skills

•Must be persistent, tenacious, a self starter, strongly motivated and driven to be successful in sales.

•General understanding and familiarity of technical knowledge in JAVA/.NET framework and latest technologies like Web 2.0, SOA, etc., and Offshore Delivery Methodology

•Accountable to meet expectations in achieving established weekly goals, with a positive attitude, in Lead Generation via Cold-calling

•Previous experience selling technical solutions is preferred

•Demonstrated experience building pipeline and revenues for a growing sales organization

•Strong PC skills including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. CRM skills are preferred

•Prior solution sales training is preferred.

•Bachelor's Degree and/or MBA is preferred

Compensation:

Generous compensation package: base pay plus commission based on meeting revenue goals. Revenue is not capped
