Location:East of Louisville (about 40 minutes drive from Louisville, Kentucky)

Relocation is negotiable and travel is required for day trips only

This job reports to the General Manager.

JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

* Preferred candidate will have uniform industry experience and a proven track record with achievements in sales and sales management.

* Must be willing to work sales territory 2-3 days per week along with hiring and training sales staff 2-3 days per week.

* Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Cold calling and business to business experience is a must.

PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* 5+ to 7 years of experience

* Management Experience Required: Yes!

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

* Willingness to Travel: Often

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Base Salary of $45,000 to $50,000 and Target Additional Compensation of $25,000 to $40,000 plus comprehensive benefits package including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401K/403b Plan, Special Incentive Plans.
