As an Account Manager for the locally popular brand CareerBoard, you will manage an established base of existing accounts and help lead our growth throughout the United States. Our fully automated sales system eliminates almost all paperwork so you can focus on your primary accountability, achieving your sales objective. Responsibilities include but are not limited to making outbound sales calls to generate new business thru qualified leads as well as proactively managing and increasing your assigned customer base. The successful candidate will work in our fast paced Cleveland office with the team of 4 other Account Managers. Your ability to build relationships and achieve results over the phone is critical to achieving your goals Overview of General Responsibilities: Achieve target sales goals Develop and maintain hi-touch client service relationships Introduce and sell new products and services to current client base. Sell the entire suite of Careerboard products and solutions to prospective customers Increase sales from your personal book of existing business Prospecting for new clients and identify their needs Requirements An Exceptional desire to achieve 2-3 years of previous sales or sales related experience.
