Due to our current growth, we are seeking to hire a SEATTLE based sales professional that can take us to the next level. This is a UNIQUE opportunity for an entrepreneurial spirited individual who is one of the Top producers in the Technical Staffing & Services Industry.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Industry Leading Commission Plan which will yield $200K+ at plan

New Account Bonuses

Minimum Requirements

4 years of Staffing Experience / Professional Services

4 years of Sales Experience

Must be a proven Leader

Must consistently exceed Sales Quota/Sales Targets

Manages multiple accounts and understands how to prioritize

Team Player – Work w/ Staffing Technologies’ Leadership team, our Colleagues and our Customer’s best interest in mind

Integrity – Honesty – Trustworthy – Always do the right thing

Innovation and Execution are at the core of her/his go to market strategy

Must be capable of selling and leading in our fast paced environment

Must have existing relationships to leverage in the Business and Consultant community

Must be willing to participate in developing the on-going strategy of the company

Has successfully sold IT Staffing Services and or Project Services in excess of $3Million annually

Bachelor’s degree preferred but requisite outstanding performance will be considered

Good Sense of Humor a Must.
