Hello and Welcome!

The Wanteds are currently on the hunt for a bass player. We have two albums out, dates booked (including 2 week-long little jaunts in the next couple of months), press rolling in, etc., etc.

-We are looking for someone who can represent well what is on our new record AND bring their own creativity as well.

-We are looking for someone with energy, drive, and ability.

Age and sex are not important.

What IS important is Musical, Artistic, and Personal Chemistry.

Look at the really great bands: Zeppelin, Beatles, U2, (insert your favorite here......)all of them are great because of the people involved. When any one of them is removed, the band ceases being as great.

Another way to look at it: it seems most bands that break, do so with a solid core of people.

Our sound: Think '72 Zeppelin meet '91 Jane's...in 2009 Portland, Oregon.

We'd prefer someone who plays bass as their primary (if not only) instrument.

Vocals are a plus.
