Down has 1 queen bedroom, dining room, living room/kitchen and fireplace, pantry, laundry and loft. All has a total of 3 bathrooms, , 4 porches/decks. Yes we have central HVAC and wood fireplace.

Great for hiking, riding ATV's viewing and visiting Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, Lake Santeetlah, The Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, visit Cherokee and Harrah's Casino, whitewater rafting, ATV and off road back in, to name a few. Water in front and all around water for fishing.

Home is a non smoking property. Can be had for larger parties by also renting another cabin on same property which can sleep 4/5 people, in addition. Ask about this. Will never rent seperately to different families not in the party/group. Have facilities for 14-16 people in one group with 3 properties.
