I have a 30' Layton travel trailer for sale. Camper has full bathroom, kitchen, master bedroom, 2 bunkbeds in rear, fold out couch, fold down kitchen table. We have upgraded the hot water heater from a 2 1/2 gallon to a 5 gallon electric. We have serviced the furnace, ac, & fridge. Kitchen sink has a new arched faucet. Camper is clean & is in great working order. We have put a new septic hose & stand on it. Awning is in good condition. Comes with lots of supplys to go camping this weekend!! We are leaving 2 20" LCD DVD tv's, surround sound stereo, & ps2 with lots of games. Lots of items in the camper are less than 6 months old.
