You would be moving in with my best friend Amanda (who is awesome) and her adorable, sweet doggie, Pax. Guys and girls are welcome. The rent is $720/month plus utilities. The house is at 29/31 Mary St. but your exact address would be 29, which is the upstairs apartment. The downstairs apartment is being rented out by two really cool law school boys and we hang out with them sometimes and do fun oyster roasts/cookouts/etc. in the backyard. Oh yeah, we have a backyard! It's not much but it's something.

There is off-street parking and a washer and dryer. Your room is the biggest room. I will definitely take some pictures and send them to you if you're interested or you can come by and see it for yourself. It is big enough to fit my full-sized bed (but even if I had a queen I'd have more than enough room), a vanity, a dresser, a bookshelf, a desk, and a bed-side table. I am so sad to be leaving this awesome house but whoever gets it will be super lucky. It's really close to the law school, upper-king st. bars (AC's, O'Malleys, etc.) and not far at all from CofC. I usually bike to class and it takes less than 5 minutes. You'd have a really fun, laid-back 22 year old roommate who seriously gets along with everyone she meets and a sweet place! Oh yeah and the house is newly painted. Who doesn't want to live in a purple house??!
