Monthly rent is 650. The room is located on the first floor of my four story townhouse. The room is carpeted, has its own full bathroom, and a separate door leading to the outside. The rest of the house has beautiful hardwood floors, steel appliances, and lots of windows and balconies. Washer and Dryer are located on the premises. A reserved spot in the garage is available at the charge of fifty dollars a month. The room may come furnished with a desk and mattress, but tenant is welcome to choose not to use this furniture.
The townhouse is about two or three miles from downtown, UH, and TSU. There will be three people sharing the house. I occupy the master on the third floor and the other tenant occupies the second bedroom, also on the third floor. I am a recent college grad, working full time, and she is a full-time student at UH. We are both really friendly and respectful, we expect the future roommate to be the same.
