The place is in the Brookridge Community on Cortez Blvd right between Brooksville and Spring Hill Florida. I would need to get you pre-approved by the management of Brookridge, which means a one time fee of $100 dollars for a background check. Would cover you and your family, all members. $550 a month plus an up front $300 dollar damage deposit which WILL be refunded as long as there is no damage to the place. A one time $100 background check needs to be done to satisfy management's requirements. No heavy duty felons. All utilities would need to be turned on, the place has sat for a while.
