Looking for a laid back, responsible, reliable, clean person. Perfect for a single person, as mentioned again this is a small room with a shared bathroom, would not recommend for a couple. Great for a student. We are between the ages of 22-26 (one male occupant and three female occupants). We are not huge party people but on occasion enjoy having a few people over given notice to everyone in the house and respect to our surrounding neighbors. Looking for a long term occupant.
