The front faces the woods and the rear faces the common ground where the secluded pool is. I am a 23 year old computer tech. I work 8-5 everyday and have some classes 2 nights a week. I would prefer a people roommate but would accept a people. A parking spot is an extra $10 a month. It is a 1.5 bath and is on the 3rd floor. In unit laundry.
