Great location, too. Close to downtown Decatur, Emory, Virginia-Highlands, Little Five Points, East Atlanta, downtown Atlanta and Avondale Estates. Near three parks (which feature lighted softball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, grassy areas, playgrounds, covered picnic facilities as well as an outdoor swimming pool!). The MARTA station is 1.1 miles away at East Lake Drive and W. College Avenue. There's even a bus that runs right by the apartment building, putting you minutes from downtown Atlanta.

In fact, we are less than one thousand feet away from the heart of the Oakhurst community in Decatur. Walk to parks, seasonal festivals, restaurants, bars, art galleries, hair salons and barbershops, laundry/dry cleaners and a wide variety of other retailers!

Smoking is okay...as long as it's outside! I like to keep the place smelling fresh.

Looking to rent by November 15th but you can move in any time before that.

Rent is $410 per month (water and trash/recycling pick-up included) plus half of the other utilities.
Put either the gas or electricity in your name and co-sign a 12-month lease. Flexible on details, open to some new furnishings.

I am pretty laid-back, quiet, respect people's privacy and property, responsible, upfront and am looking for someone with the same qualities. I am a 33, went to UGA and collect good music. I also have one friendly indoor cat and like to keep the place clean.
