Looking for a college student that needs a place to live while attending school in the Orlando area. I have one room for rent in a town home located in beautiful Avalon Park, about 15 min. from UCF!!!! It is located upstairs and is available to view on the housing website*. The townhome is 5 bed/3.5 bath and is partially furnished. Once this room is filled, there will be 5 people residing in this town home (co-ed). Anyone interested must attend college, and have a steady source of income. I'm looking for someone who is clean, non-smoker, and has no pets. The rent is 370$/month not including utilities. This monthly rent include a cleaning lady who will clean once a month. She does a great job! Utilities cost will vary depending on monthly usage, and will be divided among all roommates. Avg. approximate utility cost per person is about 35-50$ per month. A 9 month lease must be signed and there is 350$ security deposit that will be refunded at the end of the stay period, assuming no damages. Please give me a month's notice before moving out.
