I have a 1550 sq ft 3 bedroom / 2 bath/FR/LR/FP/DR /utility (laundry) room for sale. This is a very open floor plan so it seems larger than it is. There are sliding glass doors open to the deck and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen and lots of storage throughout the house. There have been MANY updates including new pergo flooring in FR/DR, new shutters, new Maytag dishwasher (1 yr), new carpet in 1 bedroom, fresh paint throughout, new motor in the furnace (dec 2008),cabinets in laundry room, new sinks and fixtures and lighting in both baths. A majority of the remodel is done. The things that I have left are: LR and 1 bedroom needs new carpet and I am working on the trim in the family room, and 2 kitchen drawers need to be fixed (have materials, need to find the time or someone who is faster than I am at fixing things!).I have put a lot of time and work into the house in the last few years.

Central Air unit, shed, 12X12 deck and front porch are included if you want them, as well as all appliances. I am looking to sell asap so I can move out of state. Currently the home sits in Huntington Run mobile home park, which is REALLY nice (131 South to Oshtemo exit (kalamazoo) and 2 miles off the highway - simple to get to). I love this house, just not the job market here so I'm looking to sell quickly.
