The house is fully furnished through the living room, laundry room, kitchen and dinning room.I am currently in the process of buying and installing wood floors through all the commen areas and making an extra room into a study room. Pets are welcomed but there is a refundable 150 security deposit. Smokers are welcomed but must smoke outside only. This is not a party house it is geared more to serious students and working adults. If you sign befor October 25 there will be no security deposit for the room, which is normally $200. Rent includes all utilities and cable.
