Master br has queen-size bed with full bath, guest room has (2) twin beds with full bath, and there are (2) more twin beds in the loft. Living room has gas fireplace, 37 in flat-screen with digital Comcast cable and HBO, and also have Comcast wireless internet. My roommate and I moved in only a few weeks ago and are still trying to get things organized and put away, but I will gladly send you pics once we make contact. Smoking allowed only on outside balcony or in outside stairway. I am requiring $1000 down-payment by Jan. 14th, either in form of cashier's check or United States Postal Service money order, and $5000 due upon arrival, also in form of cashier's check, USPS money order, OR cash. Prior to your visit, you may submit a grocery list in which we will use to stock the refrigerator, alcohol included (within reason). We will require a copy of your driver's license and insurance information, and valid employment information and phone numbers where you can be reached. I will provide you with the same.
