With A New CPN: Open high limit credit cards. Get a new car loan. Get a mortgage loan. Rent an apartment. Get over the counter credit. Obtain unsecured loans/ signature loans. You cannot open an interest bearing bank account. You cannot use is to apply for gov't loans, i.e. FHA, HUD and education.
