2007 Rockwood Roo 233 expandable travel trailer. This 23’ trailer has tons of sleeping space. Three queen size fold-out beds with heated mattresses. Dinette and sofa convert to beds as well. This unit has been rented during summers since its purchase, so it has wear and tear, but is aggressively priced for quick sale.The brakes have been replaced and bearings were repacked this summer, so it’s ready for long hauls without breakdowns. Newer tires have also recently been added. Standard features include awning, AC, fridge/freezer, hot water heater, 3 burner stove, microwave, outside shower head, toilet, shower, and sink. The more obvious needed repairs include a small dent on the lower left side of the trailer, two tears in the fold-out canvas in the lower front, dent in interior lower wall, etc. Trailer weighs approx. 3,800 pounds.
