I have for sale a custom built full gel-coated exterior 40' 2007 Luxury triple-slide 5th wheel that also has molded gel-coated end caps. The RV is in excellent condition. Delivery is available.(free delivery in Florida.) I will also negotiate a 1999 Ford F250 super duty power stroke diesel truck, if interested. This RV has never been smoked in or had pets in it. It includes thermostat ducted roof air conditioning, three 6000 lb. axles with shock absorbers and 16" E rated tires all around with spare, airborne fifth wheel pin hitch, lighted basement storage, tinted windows, and a washer/dryer. The slide-outs are 15.5 ft and 8 ft.(both in living area), and a 6 ft. slideout in bedroom. The entertainment center has a 40" LCD flat screen TV. DVD, and AM/FM stereo system with surround sound is also included with the rv. In the bedroom, there is a walk around queen bed with custom made pillow-top mattress and a nice size wardrobe closet. For additional sleeping, there is a lazy-boy queen sofa sleeper and the dining table also makes into a bed. Also includes 2 genuine lazy-boy recliners. In the bathroom, there is a large tub and shower combo, vanity, and a linen closet. Kitchen features a three burner stove, deeper oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, and corian sink. Day/night shades, beige carpeting, and oak finished cabinetry add to the decor of this fabulous 5th wheel. A coast-to-coast and thousand trails membership is available to purchaser.
