2006 Bobcat 316A excavator. This machine is in very good used condition, it is ready to use. It has a 27 1/2" dozer blade or 35 1/2" with side expanders, and a 12" quick attach digging bucket. It has very good rubber tracks, no major cuts tears or damage about 80%. It has only 663 hours on the meter. The machine was green and has been repainted and a new sticker kit applied. The machine is powered by a 3 cyl Kubota diesel . It has third valve for running attachments like breakers, tampers, etc. This machine has expandable tracks, it goes from only 27 1/2" wide to 35 1/2", so this machine will fit through most doorways with the roll cage removed , comes off easily with a few bolts. This machine is a must for any interior digging/ demolition, great for digging in basements. Also with is light weight and size, it can be put into most elevators and brought up to upper floors for interior demolition and cleanup. It is a used machine, so it has the typical dents and dings from use, and small craks in fiberglass hood. Mechanically it is excellent, needs nothing but an operator and a job.
