Tractor has been used in small landscaping business and grading driveways and land around our home. I am the second owner, bought it from a friend here in Nashville. Rotella oil used at engine oil changes. Tractor runs and shifts great. Small tear in seat. Tractor is in good condition; everything works, no leaks. Spots on the ground in photo are water from washing tractor. Note that this tractor has been used for work, so there are normal scratches and scrapes. Tractor is normally stored in a barn, not out in the weather. I have done all the work around my home and my neighbors driveways that my wife can stand, and she has convinced me that I have enough toys without a tractor. It is fun to drive, and does not lack power. It is a whole different animal than my dad's old 2wd Ford. John Deere also make a backhoe, belly mower, and other nice attachments if you need more accessories.
