My friend and I are graduating this semester and are looking for people to sublet our bedrooms for Spring 2010. The rooms are in a house on Delaware Ave in Collegetown which is right behind Linden. It is the nicest part of Collegetown. Close to the bars and campus without getting the crazy noise of College Ave.

Rent: $610 per month plus about $40 a month for utilities (aka $650 a month all inclusive)
