1) Do you accept outside pets (older Labrador)?
I would prefer no pets, however I did allow my next door tenant to have a Yorkie. Pets increase the monthly rental costs by $20-$25 per month. I did have my old lab on this side for a while when she was still alive. There is door width's passage way between this back porch and the other tenant's back porch. I would have to construct some kind of door there to separate the two porches. Plus, there really isn't much of a backyard for a dog. Very small as backyards go.
2)How much is the deposit for the duplex?
The deposit is equal to the monthly rent. $850
The Maple Ridge Neighborhood was established in the early 1900's in the heart of Tulsa when the area was still considered Indian territory. Many of Tulsa's early oil barons built their homes in Maple Ridge. The north side of Maple Ridge was once known as the "Silk Stocking" district.
Several of the streets meander like a European boulevard through the neighborhood. With its tree lined center median, Madison Avenue was patterned along the lines of the boulevards found in Paris. Madison Avenue became known as "Black Gold Row" because it was the center of the Silk Stocking district and many of the residents made their money from oil.
Today, Maple Ridge has approximately 1,800 households and is listed on the National Register of Historical Places. It is a diverse area that includes historical homes, apartments, condominiums and townhouses. Maple Ridge continues to be one of the most beautiful and historical residential areas in Tulsa.
