This is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment at the University Village in Towson, MD. The rent is $799/month per person (i.e., per bedroom). My roommate and I will graduate from TU (Towson University) in December and we are looking for 2 people to pick-up our lease starting on January 1, 2010 and running thru August, 2010. This is a legal action per the terms of our lease whereby the University Village "releases" us and transfers the lease into the names of the new renters. However, we are willing to pay up to 1 month rent for you as an incentive to get you to rent this apartment. Please let me know if you and a roommate would be interested in this apartment starting in January 2010.
