Our lease goes until 2/28 so we are trying to find someone to lease our place after we leave in Dec. The landlord would like the new tenants sign a new lease when they come (so you wouldn't need to take over our lease for 2 months and then sign a new lease). These apartments are amazing (honestly). It is a safe community with a fishing pond, amazing gym, and pool.
The apartments are only a few years old and have a WASHER, DRYER, DISHWASHER, GAS FIREPLACE, WALK-IN CLOSETS and BALCONY. If we weren't moving out of state we would not be leaving! Only 1/2 mile from the Great Western Trail Sycamore Trail Head, which is a 18 mile trail to St. Charles!
