Hi, my name is Mike and I am a 21 year old Civil Engineer at Texas Tech. I am a clean person and committed to my studies, but I like to have fun as well. I own a nice 3 bed 2 bath in Lbk and have two rooms available beginning in Jan. The house is fully furnished with washer/dryer and kitchen appliances, has high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, and DirecTv with a DVR. The rent would be a flat $400 a month which includes all bills. The house is in west Lubbock but you can get to Texas Tech campus in under 10 mins, and LCU in 3 mins.
