Second owner, excellent condition. 10 ft. box, sleeps 7, quilted mattresses with matching sheets, one king size slide-out, one full size slide-out, dinette converts to a bed (table has free standing legs), swing-level galley, 3-way fridge, electronic DSI furnace, hand pump sink with new faucet & cutting board sink cover, 2 stoves: 1 inside 3 burner low pressure & 1 outside 2 burner high pressure stove with storage case, 2 clip lights, hanging oversized fan, hanging vanity, coffee maker, microwave oven & other misc. camping supplies, fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, under the floor water storage tank, storage galore, 1 piece full size door, 1 piece ABS roof, xtra large entry step with built-in storage, awning, outdoor carpet, 2 propane tanks with hard cover, marine battery with box, new spare tire with cover, new tires and bearings last season , 4 crank down stabilizer jacks with sand pads, 2 cranks: 1 for lifting roof system & 1 for stabilizer jacks.
