Interior has one large slide out in the dining room area. Wood floors in kitchen, ceramic floors in bath area. Includes a vertical washer and dryer combination, satelite dish, two televisions, convection oven and microwave combination, 3 burner cook top. Refrigerator is a combo propane and electric. Has a built in ice maker in the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen cabinets are very nice. Has a beautiful corner shower in the bathroom.

A large very nice bedroom with a large bed and nice cabinetry and closets with plenty of storage available for year round living.

Has a 7 KW PowerTech generator.

Counter top Insinkerator hot water dispenser

Two leather coach seats. They do show normal wear, but that is to be expected. Nothing out of ordinary.

New carpet installed in front portion/living area of coach in the past month, including the slide out.

The interior is really in very very nice shape. About the only thing I notice are a few small gouges on lower part of front dash. Other than that it is pretty darn near perfect on the inside.

Has two ducted roof air units that are also heat pumps. Two thermostatically controlled fantastic fans. Also a ducted propane furnace for heat.

Water and waste connection compartment includes a 30 ft spring return fill hose as well as an outside shower. The black and grey water connections are simple and include very good flex hose and connectors.

It has 5 awnings and they are all in good shape and work just fine. One very large awning for use as a patio. This coach has tons of storage underneath in the basement area. The basement storage area has its own separate heating fan for cold weather storage.

It does have leveling jacks. We will include 30" square wood pads we put under the jacks for safety if it rains.

The exterior of the unit is in fine shape. It has been well taken care of. I am sure it has a few minor blemishes in finish or elsewhere, but nothing serious.

About the worst I see is a scratch on rear bumper and some of the covering or sticker is peeling near scratch. Other than that, the unit hides its age very well.

Had both front tires replaced in the last month. They have less than 1500 miles on them.

Will include vinyl covers for the tires to protect them from the sun during extended parked times.

Four new deep cycle batteries for the coach in October of 2008. All new antifreeze installed in October 2008.

All fluids in engine and generator changed within the last 2500 miles.
