This boat was shipped down from Michigan in November 2008, and prior to November 2008 was a freshwater only boat. The boat is immaculate It comes with so much, it has a full working kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove top, large refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, blender and plenty of cabinet space for food. It also has a very nice sized bathroom (complete with a shower). It sleeps 6 very comfortably, both couches fold down into beds and it has a master bedroom with it's own vanity and sink. The master bedroom also has lots of storage space, drawers and two nice sized closets. It has air conditioning and it works great (a necessity here in Florida) and you can hook up at the dock for cable and phone. The boats large cabin and sleek appearance make it very desireable.The boat comes with a generator, anchor, windless, radar, horn, spotlight, and new canvas and eisenglass all around. The canvas is just beautiful. All of the cushions are original and are in excellent condition, this boat was very well cared for. My brother-in-law owned this boat for about 4 years before I acquired it from him, and he took great care of this boat in the freshwaters of Michigan. This boat in definitely in ABOVE AVERAGE condition. The boat will come with all of the safety equipment necessary to operate on the waters of Florida. It also has a freshwater shower on the back swim platform for rinsing off after swimming. We bought a nice grill and had a great time out on the water making hamburgers and hot dogs. We will leave the grill with the boat. It comes with all the bumpers and ropes you will need to dock this awesome boat. On the back swim platform there is a large storage box and a place where you could attach your dinghy. The boat also has an ice maker and sink area on the back deck, making it perfect for entertaining. The back deck can seat 14 comfortably. And the large refrigerator in the cabin makes it possible to entertain a large crowd with no problem.The boat has twin Cruisader 454's that have approx. 780 freshwater hours on them. They run great with no problems. The dockage at the Marina the boat it at is approximately 700 per month, but there are cheaper marinas you could keep the boat at if you purchased it, I think there are some in the area of 400 per month. If the boat brings the reserve we will pay the dockage through October 31, 2009 at the marina it is currently at. If you are not a Florida resident, flying down on the weekends for get-aways is AWESOME. We used to keep a boat down here and we would fly down in the winter from Michigan for get-aways and we loved it so much we ended up moving here. This boat would make an awesome vacation "home". There are so many places to go by boat down here and from Fort Myers you can go North up to places like Captiva or south to places like Naples or the Florida Keys. This is an impressive boat and makes for a great entry to any port
We just had the stringers replaced, this is a common problem in this type of boat. It is the only problem the boat had. We should have the full survey back soon and we will e-mail it to anyone who is interested, just send me your e-mail address. We also recently had the rudder zinc's replaced.
