For Sale is a 1978 Airstream Argosy 30 travel trailer. It has a floorplan that is not commonly seen. It has a couch that folds into the main bed so this is somewhat considered a party model with a full rear bathroom.It does not have the twin beds toward the rear like most all of them came with. This also has more storage since across from the bed, couch is a full chest of drawers and sitting area. You could live in this trailer full time and set it up like a Park Model.
This trailer needs work, the corner tub needs to be replaced. Parts are available. I just have too many things going on to fix this trailer up and I need the space.

Pulls nicely and only weighs in at 4270 pounds dry. Yes this is the lightest 30 foot trailer that I know off. All aluminum construction

Why is a Airstream better?

Aircraft type of construction, aluminum spars that are riveted to alumunim for the interior panels and the outside is riveted to the aluminum exterior skins.

With this type of construction you a very light weight rv that the center of gravity is three feet from the ground instead of a typical trailer that has a center of gravity more toward the center of the camper. Basically an Airstream hands down is the very best pulling trailer available.

Condition, for a older trailer this one looks pretty good, but I will say that it is all original. The interior needs work and shows a lot of wear. It may look better in the pictures than in person. The bathroom needs a new tub installed. The inside could use some updating and remodeling for sure. The tires are sunrotted and will need to be replaced if you intend to use this trailer for RVing. There is 2 dings on either side of the front from someone backing in at too much off a angle. The original refer is missing and its just has a 110 little refer

Overall Structural Condition is well. The floor is solid and cabinets look good. The body looks good and so does the underbelly. Not sure what works and what doesnt but the Ac is all there, forced air furnace, water system seems to be all intact and it has a grey, and black tank.
