Up for grabes is the sweet classic 1960 Chevy Biscayne. Biscayne you might ask? The Biscayne is relatively similar to the 1960 Impala and Bel Air series. The Biscayne was the lower end model which makes it even rarer than the Impala or Bel Air. The only difference on these vehicles is the size motor it came with, the exterior chrome trim, tail light set up, interior options. But don't be fooled, this vehicle is a head turner for sure. Here is infromation on the vehicle. Yes I know a 4 door, but we here in Texas, we like everything bigger! Vehicle has been stored in garage, under a car cover but now she has to find a new home and outside is no option. Car was only taken out for parades, car shows (won numerous trophies including BEST OF SHOW, BEST INTERIOR, and numerous 1st Place) and for Sunday cruises. The only reason I'm selling her is because my family has grown by 1 more and I need to convert my existing garage into a home for the live in nanny...my mother! I have no where else to put her and I cannot afford a storge unit at this point. All my monies are going to the new baby. The paint on her is only 2 years old and it's a 2 color scheme. Majority of her is a red with gold flake that shines like crazy especially in the summer sun. The top and white accents are a white pearl which is complimented with a red base when the sun hits it in the right angle. The interior is only 2 years old and also a 2 color scheme of red and white. Dash board is matched in red with chrome glove box cover, chrome ash tray cover, chrome speaker grill, and chrome speadometer bezel. Chrome rear view mirror, chrome front and rear interior window posts. Exterior is in excellent condition, no crashes or bondo anywhere. Front and rear bumpers are in excellent condition no pitting, dents, or crashes. Grill is in great condition along with bezel. Chevrolet emblem in front grill along with trunk emblem are in new condition, not originals. All exterior chrome trim that runs along doors to the trunk wing are in good condition except for the driver side rear which has been attached with a screw at the very end where thin trim meets trunk tip chrome. But not to worry I'll be listing a few extras I'm throwing in later that will fix that problem. The motor is a straight 6, .235, the previous owner added a electrical fuel pump and an after market air conditioning unit to vehicle. The a/c works but looks like it has a leak some where, I never got around to finding leak. Motor has been giving me some trouble recently, I say again time and money have not allowed me to look into the problem. But it does turn over and DOES RUN. Transmission is 3 on the tree and shifts smoothly. I will be throwing in a 4 door set of exterior door trim excluding the "airplane" trim that goes on the rear door. A set of Biscayne script emblems, a 4 set of headlight bezels 2 outter and 2 inner and 2 hubcaps. Last but not least a clutch too with all the internal workings!
