I am selling a 1985 Single Wide Mobile Home located in Indian Springs, NV. The dimension of the home is 14x52. It comes with a clean title. I have completely remodeled the interior and exterior with new paint. It comes with a front and back porch, swamp cooler, like new gas stove, fridge and microwave. I recently put new carpet through out the home and new wooden blinds. The house has never been smoked in. Its in really good condition. I got married and moved to another state and I really need to sell it. I am willing to negotiate a good price. I havehad a lot of people inquire but because it has to be moved it hasn't sold. There is a local mobile home park near by(Pioneer) that would be great to move it to.
