*HOME IS LIVABLE & ready to move in, but does need some "fixing up". Carpets will probably need to be replaced as well as the padding underneath, due to wear and damage dog has caused. The other floor problems are mostly due to water damage. This damage is not entire floor, but just small portions of it. We had a leaky water heater (that's been replaced) which damaged bathroom floor and possibly also closet floor. That leak also damaged floor from master BR to kitchen doorway. Also HAD a water pipe burst underneath house so utility room floor needs to be fixed. 2nd bathroom floor has been replaced and master bath floor, near shower needs fixing. There is a small place on floor by living room window that needs fixed, as well as a small part of the wall where window a/c leaked water. BECAUSE of these needed repairs, we have lowered the price of the home. IT's actual value is closer to $10,000.
