We are looking for new or experienced real estate agents. We pay 100% commission for only $70.00 per month (office fee) and $150.00 per transaction, no other hidden fees and no minimum sales required. We provide you with a full access to our office, a secretary to handle your calls and managing broker available 6 days a week. We will provide training and support to new agents. With this structure, agents are totaly free to charge any amount they desire for their listings, we do not dictate how much of commission an agent should charge. As an incentive, we will waive one month office fee to agents who refer another agent to join our team. Our office is conveniently located next to expressway with ample parking.
