Available is one approximately 10' X 10' room, with a large, spacious closet with mirrored doors. The room is located in a quiet, private corner of house. Room comes with overhead lighting. One full bathroom shared with 1 other person. Lots of privacy.
Tenant Requisites
Our ideal tenant is a mature, emotionally and mentally stable, cleanly roommate who is also very easy going. We share the responsibility of keeping a clean and orderly house and expect the same from a prospective candidate. Monthly cleaning fees and/or other arrangements will be discussed. Sorry, but absolutely no pets. We require that you keep up with rent payments in a timely manner. We are looking for someone to move in by Novermber 1st. Security deposit of $200 required upon moving in. We'll be conducting interviews prior to selecting a candidate. Please, have your questions ready.
About Us
We are easy-going males, who are coincidentally all from out of town, from various regions in the US. At one point or another, we have responded to the same Craigslist advertisement in the past. We are college graduates, now young working professionals in various industries. To sum it up, we are movie buffs, art aficionados, motorcycle enthusiasts, and extreme sports junkies. Insanely clean and organized, yet relaxed with a carefree outlook on life.
This is NOT a fraternity house. We are not 24-hour party people. However, having guests are OK, within reason.
