I have a house in the Dunfield/Belmont area, right off Belair Road at Dunfield. I am moving in mid December, so there will be a spot available for January 1st or a bit earlier if you need to move before then.

We are currently also filling a spot (our roommate is getting married) right now, so the roommate who would still be here is a 24 yr old GBMC employee who is taking classes part time. The townhouse is in Nottingham, near 695 and 43. We have a 1 yr old Shiba Inu puppy, so you need to get along with dogs!

The house has a finished basement, large kitchen and living room, and 3 bedrooms. The house is convenient to 695, 95, Perry Hall, White Marsh, Towson, and everything in between. A block or two away from a grocery store and shopping center. We all commute to Towson right now and without traffic, it only takes about 10 minutes. With traffic, a little longer but still really reasonable.

If you wanna see the house, let me know! The rent is $400/mo, no security deposit, and utilities average $100-$120/mo.

Also, since we have not filled the vacant spot yet we could possibly work something out for two people to move in at the end of December.
