Looking for someone to take over the second half of my lease at Garnet Riverwalk. Live with 2 other girls who are very sociable and good people both Juniors at USC. They are barely home so it would be like living on your own. Need to find someone to take over my lease so I can move back home to charleston.
Beautiful apartment complex straight shot to campus with no railroad tracks. Right near a gas station and Bilo. Very centrally located. About 5 minutes or less from campus and right near the Riverwalk!
Everything is included- Internet, cable (We have a 46" flat screen TV), electric, water. Dishwasher and stackable washer and dryer.
Granite Counter tops, hardwood flooring in whole apartment except bedrooms. Tile in Bathrooms.
Love this place. Would stay if it was in charleston. Very quiet neighborhood with gate. Not your typical college apt. complex. Has a club house with a beautiful pool, gym, tanning bed, computer lab available 247. Also has a shuttle for residents running from 7am til 7pm.
Our apartment is actually the first building on the 3rd floor. Great view of the city and right next to the pool. Lovely view from porch.
