There is a washer/dryer, and all kitchen appliances. My two other roommates will still be here, Lauren and Taylor, a junior and sophomore at USC, as well as Lauren's adorable dog, Captain. They are all friendly, very easy to get along with & live with, and fun! Your backyard would be a huge courtyard, and you are only 2 miles from the stadium!
