This is a 7 month lease from January until the end of July. 3 bedroom/3 bath. The master bedroom is available for rent.
Hi! I’m trying to move out in January and need someone to rent out my bedroom for the first half of the year. Me and my two other roommates are all college students so for those interested would most likely want to be living the same lifestyle. They don’t party constantly, but every now and then having a party or a few people over is acceptable. I’m looking for someone who would get along great with 1 boy, Cody who is attending college and also training for the Marines, and 1 girl, Alex, who is in college and working for the Coast Guard.
The apartment has been lived in now for 3 years, so the carpets in the main living area are worn as well as some of the walls. All three of us are pretty tidy though and expect for someone else to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment. The bedroom available is not in bad shape at all. Walk in closet and private bathroom is included. Alex got a puppy a few months ago. He is an adorable husky who is getting big! Must be ok with dogs. We live in Lakeview Oaks apartment less than 2 miles away from campus. This is one of the nicest apartment complexes around the area—full time security, pool, bbq, gym w/ rock climbing machine, tanning beds.
The rent is usually $368 per person, but Cody is leaving for training in May and so we were expecting to split the rent between Alex and I for the final 3 months. I prorated the price because of that.
I’d really like to meet those who are interested so that you can get a feel for the apartment and the roommates. Please respond ASAP. If you need to move in towards the end of December, that is fine and you will not be charged.
Also, since this is an apartment, furniture is not provided. However, I am not planning on bringing my furniture with me, so I am willing to give my 2 small dressers, desk, and tv if needed. If not, I can arrange for them to be out. I have a newer full sized bed that can be compromised as well.
