My husband and I are relocating to the UK. We are looking to sublet our one bedroom loft apartment at the Avalon Danvers community. The rent is a reduced 1,195 a month. The apartment has an open kitchen, open living dining room, bathroom, loft, outside balcony, hallway closet, washer/dyer, upstairs closet,master bedroom and walk-in closet. The avalon danvers community has a swimming pool, gym, outside grills, basketball court, playground and parking. The apartment community is close to Peabody, Beverly and has easy acess to 1-95, 128 and the North Shore Mall. The apartment is cat friendly, however, the new resident would have to pay a pet deposit to the leasing office. They would also have to fillout a few papers agreeing to take over the lease. Utilities are not included but average about 150 for two people a month. I am willing to spilt the security deposit. The normal security deposit is 500.
